“When you see your matter going black, rejoice, you are at the beginning of the work.” — Rosarium Philosophorum
The traditional method of alchemy is divided into 5 stages:
STEP ONE
Nigredo —Blackening
The term “nigredo” comes from the Latin word for “black,” and its color is referring to the material color at this first stage of the process, which is often darkened.
The alchemist is observing or participating in the break down of the impurities that occur during Nigredo. This is the beginning of the distillation of raw materials.
This physical act represents the process of confronting one’s shadow self and the negative aspects of oneself.
This initial stage is one of dissolution and decay… confronting the raw, unrefined aspects of the self.
It’s a descent into darkness, a metaphorical death; old structures break down, making the route for the emergence of new beginnings.
Black —like fertile soil, chaotic, yet holds the potential for new growth.
STEP TWO
Albedo—Whitening
Albedo is the term used to describe the extent to which an object like a planet or moon reflects light.
Albedo emerges stark in contrast from the blackness of Nigredo.
A state of pristine whiteness, like the moon reflecting the sun’s light is found after Albedo.
Embodies clarity, a fresh perspective gained through the trials of the previous step. It’s a moment of reflection and the dawning of understanding.
STEP THREE
Citrinitas—Yellowing
The term “citrinitas” comes from the Latin word for “yellow,” and it refers to the color of the materials at this stage of the process, which is often yellow or orange.
At this stage, the alchemist is allowing the materials to be still… in Citrinita = self-growth + integration! 🍋✨ … think sitting water. Stagnation.
This yellowing is considered a bridge between Albedo and the final stage.
Citrinitas is associated with the rising sun, bringing with it warmth, light, and a sense of solar energy.
It represents the awakening of the intellect and intuition, a golden hue illuminating the path forward.
This stage signifies a growing awareness and the integration of newfound insights.
STEP FOUR
Rubedo—Reddening
The term “rubedo” comes from the Latin word for “red,” and its name refers to the color of the materials at this stage of the process, which is often red or reddish-gold.
A BLOODY MESS
In the Rubedo stage, the alchemist is completing the culmination of the alchemical process, its the stepping stone into the Philosopher’s Stone.
Rubedo also represents the perfect union of opposites, it is the merging of the spiritual and the material.
It is symbolized by the color red, signifying life, passion, and the ultimate realization of one’s true potential.
This stage embodies wholeness, completion, and the attainment of a higher state of being.
STEP FIVE
Lapis Philosophorum (Philosopher’s Stone)
The transcendent outcome, the perfected state.
Conclusion/ Overview
Nigredo (Blackening): The descent into shadow, where the old dissolves.
Albedo (Whitening): A purification, a dawning of clarity from the darkness.
Citrinitas (Yellowing): The sun’s touch, bringing illumination and understanding.
Rubedo (Reddening): The ultimate fusion, the attainment of wholeness.
Lapis Philosophorum (Philosopher’s Stone): The transcendent outcome, the perfected state.
Cognitive rigidity is the stubborn insistence that our way of thinking is the only way.
It shows up in small, everyday ways:
refusing to consider another perspective
dismissing evidence that challenges our beliefs
or sticking to habitual responses when flexibility is required.
It is mental inflexibility masquerading as certainty.
This rigidity is rarely neutral. It filters experience, allowing only what aligns with our preconceptions to pass through.
What we notice and refuse to notice is determined less by reality and more by the contours of our existing beliefs. The mind becomes its own jailer.
FILTERED VISION
Perceptual limitations compound this problem. Our senses, our expectations, and our biases shape what we perceive.
Two people can witness the same event and walk away with entirely different “realities,” each convinced theirs is the truth.
Culture, language, upbringing, and personal trauma all function like lenses, coloring everything we see.
When cognitive rigidity meets these perceptual filters, the feedback loop begins: our beliefs dictate what we perceive, and our perceptions reinforce our beliefs.
We become prisoners of our own limited frameworks, blind to the complexity—and often the truth—of the world around us.
Breaking the Loop
Escaping this loop is not about acquiring more information. It is about retraining the mind to see what it usually ignores:
Observe without judgment. Watch your thought patterns and notice when you shut down possibilities automatically.
Seek what challenges you. Engage with ideas and perspectives that make you uncomfortable.
Question your perception. Ask yourself what you might be missing, what biases are filtering your experience.
Embrace intellectual humility. Accept that your understanding is provisional, incomplete, and subject to correction.
The moment we recognize that perception is always partial, and thought is always provisional, the bars of the cage begin to loosen.
Clarity is not a gift; it is a discipline.
The Work of Liberation
This is the work of liberation: not avoiding rigidity, but confronting it; not denying perceptual limits, but piercing them.
The mind can be trained to perceive more, think more flexibly, and respond more intelligently.
It is uncomfortable, but truth always is.
We cannot see everything, but we can see more than we did yesterday.
The Nature of Suffering: A Necessary Element of Existence
As much as we may wish otherwise, the reality is that suffering is an inescapable part of the human experience.
The age-old philosophical and religious observation that “life is suffering” points to a fundamental truth about the human condition.
Embracing Uncertainty and Impermanence
In the face of uncertainty and impermanence, we cultivate the qualities of empathy, humility, and inner strength that are vital for navigating the complexities of life.
It is through our struggles that we learn and grow, transforming our experiences into avenues for personal development.
Seeking Meaning in Suffering
Perhaps, in the end, it is not a life devoid of suffering that we should seek, but rather a life where suffering serves a purpose.
As Viktor Frankl articulated, fulfillment cannot be stripped of struggle; it is through confronting our darkest moments that we can truly experience the richness of life.
In my journey as an “alien” on this planet, I have, unwittingly, stumbled upon what had been archaically called the Philosopher’s Stone or the Elixir of Life…
I only realized this after I, through being magnetically attracted toward suffering, embracing the darkness that most fear, had unearthed the Essence of Reality.
This Essence is a Truth so profound, it is woven into the very core of our beings through the quantum dimensions & atmospheric pressure, without such, we would become vacuumed into nothingness.
This truth is unassailable, standing as a lamp of certainty, illuminated by the light of Intuitive Wisdom.
THIS LIGHT IS CHRIST’S LIGHT OF INTUITION FROM ABOVE.
Intuition transcends the limitations of our corporeal senses, for it is birthed from the sacred depths of the spirit.
Intuition is a whisper from the Heavens, a subtle yet ever powerful current that flows through the Ethers of existence.
Intuition is the Blood within the veins of Eternity.
When the HolySpirit stirs, He ignites the flame of Intuition, transforming our sensorial experiences into a Divine Compass.
THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS WITHIN YOU
This guiding Force elevates our conscious awareness, rendering the conventional Five Senses as mere tools in the Macrocosm of our being within this existence and realm.
When this inner awakening is embraced, we align in tandem with the Universal Symphony of Wisdom.
Intuition becomes our most trusted Guide, leading us towards a Life of deeper Understanding and connection with the Infinite.
Sigmund Freud was an Austrian neurologist and the founder of psychoanalysis, a clinical method for treating psychopathology through dialogue between a patient and a psychoanalyst.
He formulated the theory of the Oedipus complex, proposed the existence of an unconscious mind, and developed the idea of the id, ego, and superego as structural components of the human psyche.
Additionally, Freud’s work significantly influenced the field of psychology and various aspects of Western culture.
Carl Jung
Carl Jung was a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded analytical psychology.
He is known for his concepts of the collective unconscious, archetypes, and the process of individuation. Jung emphasized the significance of symbolism, mythology, and the integration of opposing forces within the psyche.
His work has had a profound impact on psychology, psychiatry, and various fields, influencing areas such as dream analysis, personality theory, and the study of cultural and religious symbolism.
The main differences between Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalysis and Carl Jung’s analytical psychology lie in their perspectives on the unconscious, the role of the libido, and the significance of the collective unconscious and cultural symbolism.
Freud’s psychoanalysis emphasizes the influence of early childhood experiences, the unconscious drive of the libido, and the concept of repression as a key mechanism shaping human behavior.
In contrast, Jung’s analytical psychology expands on the collective unconscious, archetypes, and the process of individuation, focusing on the integration of opposing forces and the pursuit of wholeness or self-realization.
Freud’s emphasis on the Oedipus complex and the role of sexual and aggressive instincts differs from Jung’s broader view of the unconscious, which includes personal and collective elements, as well as archetypal patterns that transcend individual experiences.
Jung’s approach places greater emphasis on spirituality, mythology, and the symbolism found in various cultures, in contrast to Freud’s more clinical and biological focus on human behavior and mental processes.
Analytical Psychology
Analytical psychology, also known as Jungian psychology, is a branch of psychology developed by Carl Jung that focuses on exploring the depths of the unconscious mind and understanding the individual’s journey towards psychological wholeness. It places a strong emphasis on the exploration of the collective unconscious, archetypes, and symbolic imagery. Analytical psychology recognizes the importance of spirituality and the transcendent aspects of human experience. It views the psyche as a dynamic and self-regulating system, seeking to integrate and balance both conscious and unconscious elements.
Analytical psychology, also known as Jungian psychology, and “regular” psychology, commonly referred to as mainstream psychology differ in several significant ways:
Analytical psychology delves into the collective unconscious, archetypes, and symbolic imagery.
Collective Unconscious
Concept within analytical psychology that refers to the shared reservoir of knowledge, experiences, and symbols that all individuals inherit as a result of their common humanity. It is believed to be a deep layer of the unconscious mind that contains archetypes, universal themes, and instincts that are shared by all human beings across cultures and throughout history. This collective unconscious is thought to influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, shaping our perceptions of the world and guiding our behavior in ways that are often unconscious to us. Through exploring and understanding the symbols and patterns that arise from the collective unconscious, individuals can gain insights into themselves, their relationships, and their place in the larger human experience.
Archetypes
Jungian archetypes are deeply rooted and universally recognized patterns of symbols and images that reside within the collective unconscious. These archetypes, such as the Hero, the Shadow, the Wise Old Man, and the Mother, represent fundamental aspects of the human psyche and serve as primordial templates for understanding and interpreting our experiences. They are symbolic guides that help us navigate the complexities of life, providing us with insight into our deepest fears, desires, and potentials. Jungian archetypes offer a profound framework for self-discovery and personal transformation, allowing us to tap into the depths of our unconscious and unlock greater awareness and wholeness.
Symbolic Imagery
Jungian symbolic imagery is a cornerstone of analytical psychology, emphasizing the profound power and significance of symbols and their role in unlocking the depths of the unconscious mind. Symbols are potent manifestations of archetypes, universal patterns of meaning that tap into the collective unconscious. They speak a language beyond words, evoking profound emotions, insights, and connections to the wider human experience. Through exploring and understanding these symbolic images, individuals gain access to a rich tapestry of personal and collective meaning, diving into the depths of their own psyche, unraveling mysteries, and opening doors to self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Jungian symbolic imagery offers a bridge between the conscious and unconscious realms, allowing individuals to navigate the complexities of their inner world and find deeper understanding and integration.
Integration
Jungian integration is the process of merging and reconciling the conscious and unconscious aspects of the psyche, as proposed by Carl Jung in analytical psychology. It involves recognizing and embracing the shadow, the hidden and often repressed aspects of ourselves, and integrating them into our conscious awareness. By acknowledging and working with the shadow, we can uncover and integrate the valuable lessons it holds, leading to greater self-understanding and wholeness. Jungian integration also entails recognizing and exploring archetypal patterns and symbols that arise from the collective unconscious, allowing individuals to tap into a deeper level of consciousness and find meaning and purpose in their lives. Through this process, we may cultivate a sense of balance, authenticity, and personal growth, enabling us to fully realize our potentials and navigate the complexities of the human experience.
To be unconscious is to be lacking spiritual understanding & discernment, as if in a state of spiritual sleep.
Pertaining to behavior or experience not controlled by the ego.The part of the mind, mental functioning, or personality not in the immediate field of awareness.
McGraw-Hill Dictionary of Scientific & Technical Terms
The Realm of Spirit, the dark canyons of human existence… Only the Spirit holds the wisdom to know & understand the things of the Spirit.
“God has revealed the things of the spirit to us … … by his Spirit … The Spirit searches all things… even the deep things of God.
who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way: no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.”
1 Corinthians 2:10-11
The depths of the subconscious mind contain a sacred essence, intricately woven with our soul’s essence.
It is within this realm that darkness resides, symbolizing the presence of Satan, the adversary, the one who confuses.
Satan operates in the darkness, seeking to cause separation among all that is whole.
“But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear.”
Isaiah 59:2
Mind & Spirituality
The depths of the unconscious mind are interconnected with our spiritual nature. The presence of both light and darkness are within the unconscious mind, symbolizing good and evil forces.
Satan and Separation
Satan is the adversary, representing darkness and seeking to create separation among individuals. This is in line with the traditional Christian belief that Satan is a malevolent spiritual entity opposed to God and goodness.
Human Sinfulness
Human sinfulness, is rooted in the biblical narrative of Adam and Eve’s disobedience. All human beings are born with a sinful nature, leading to selfishness, rebellion, and separation from God.
Broken Relationships
The inherent sinfulness leads to fractured relationships with both God and other people. This brokenness is attributed to our sinful nature, causing a divide between humanity and the perfect and holy nature of God.
Influence of Thoughts and Words
The impact of sinful thoughts and words can distance individuals from a harmonious relationship with God and others. It emphasizes the power of words to build up or tear down and the role of thoughts in shaping behavior.
Ego and Inner Child
An “ego of a child” can control an individual who has not achieved integration. Unresolved childhood trauma and the consequences of such experiences on an individual’s psyche.
God’s Presence and Guidance
There is a recurring theme of God’s presence and support in times of pain and turmoil. Biblical verses are cited to underscore the importance of guarding one’s heart and recognizing the spiritual battle against unseen forces.
Deceptive Nature of Satan
References the deceptive nature of Satan, who can masquerade as an angel of light, luring individuals away from the path of righteousness.
In the Bible, it is stated that all human beings are sinful and none are truly good, not even one. The concept of “good” here refers to being holy.
Integration Is Holy
To be holy means: to be complete, whole, and integrated.
Every person carries fragments of themselves hidden within the deep crevices of their minds, concealing their true selves in the shadows of their subconscious.
The Bible teaches that sin entered the world through the disobedience of Adam and Eve, marking the fall of humanity from its original state of holiness and communion with God.
As a result, all human beings are born with a sinful nature, inclined towards selfishness, rebellion, and separation from God.
This inherent sinfulness manifests in various ways in our thoughts, words, and actions, leading to a broken relationship with both God and others.
The inherent sinfulness within us permeates our thoughts, words, and actions, resulting in a fractured relationship with both God and our fellow human beings.
This brokenness is a consequence of our sinful nature, which separates us from the perfect and holy nature of God.
Our thoughts, often tainted by selfishness, pride, and impure desires, can lead us astray from God’s truth and wisdom. We may entertain thoughts of envy, greed, or lust, which ultimately distance us from a harmonious relationship with God and others.
Our words, influenced by sin, can deceive, hurt, or manipulate others, causing division. Their power can build up or tear down, encourage or discourage, heal or wound.
When one is not integrated, they are under the control of a child’s ego.
This refers to being consumed by the ego of a child, seeking solace from the pain of rejection that was inflicted upon them. The experiences that lead to this bewildering state are twisted, unholy, and depraved. A child may be forced to enact actions such as hating, dividing, severing, and locking away certain aspects of their psyche, all in an attempt to soothe the one who should have provided comfort.
Instead of guiding the child towards healthy functionality, they are left to navigate the turmoil caused by dissociation, resulting from the traumatic experiences imposed upon them by adults. These experiences hinder the child’s ability to understand basic concepts such as colors, numbers, and emotions. Being thrust into the center of adult dysfunction and being subjected to adult problems is a form of torture for a child, regardless of how it may compare to other difficult situations.
The adult who should have loved and nurtured the child instead manipulates them to love the parent more, while simultaneously denying their memories, gaslighting them, and depriving them of the truth. The inner child is pushed deeper into the shadows, mirroring the same treatment the parent received in their own upbringing. This cycle perpetuates, resulting in an adult who doesn’t need to be as broken as they have become. It now becomes the individual’s responsibility to pick up the shattered pieces of themselves.
God sees this pain and turmoil, and He is present to offer guidance and support. As the Bible says in Proverbs 4:23:
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
This verse highlights the importance of being mindful of what we allow into our hearts and minds, as our thoughts and emotions deeply influence our actions and behaviors.
Additionally, Ephesians 6:12 reminds us that our struggle is not merely against other human beings, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
This passage suggests the existence of unseen spiritual forces at work in the world and emphasizes the need for vigilance in protecting ourselves from their influence.
Satan possesses the ability to control the unconscious mind, as mentioned in various passages of the Bible. In 2 Corinthians 11:14, it is stated, “And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.” Satan can appear as something good or desirable, deceiving us in the process.
The depth of the unconscious mind intertwines with our spiritual nature. It is important to guard our hearts and minds, being mindful of the influences we allow.
The struggle we face extends beyond the physical realm, involving unseen spiritual forces. Satan has the ability to manipulate and deceive, appearing as something appealing to lead us astray.
General Relativity: Einstein’s theory of gravity that describes the curvature of spacetime caused by massive objects
String Theory: a theoretical framework that attempts to explain all particles and forces of nature in terms of tiny one-dimensional strings
Loop Quantum Gravity: a theory that attempts to reconcile general relativity with quantum mechanics by quantizing spacetime itself
Quantum Gravity: the field that attempts to unify general relativity and quantum mechanics to create a consistent description of the universe at all scales.
Human Will: The human will refers to the ability of individuals to make conscious choices and decisions, exerting control over their actions and behavior. It encompasses factors such as desires, motivations, intentions, and the capacity to act in accordance with one’s goals. The study of the human will is primarily within the realms of psychology, philosophy, and cognitive science. Researchers in these fields investigate the neural mechanisms, cognitive processes, and psychological factors that influence decision-making and voluntary action.
Human Will + Quantum Geometry | The Connection
The concept of the human will and its connection to quantum geometry offers a captivating intersection of philosophy and science.
This topic has ignited debate among scientists and philosophers, as it explores the nature of consciousness and its possible implications for the fabric of reality.
Some theorists propose that human will may influence quantum events, implying a deep connection between subjective experience and the objective world. + link
It raises questions about free will and the role of consciousness in shaping reality.
QUANTUM GEOMETRY
Quantum Geometry merges Quantum Mechanics and Geometry to study Space at the smallest scale.
Quantum Geometry re-evaluates the structure of space and time, suggesting they are discrete rather than continuous, which challenges classical geometry.
Quantum Geometry investigates the fundamental makeup of spacetime at very small scales where quantum effects are important.
Scientists seek to unify general relativity and quantum mechanics through approaches like:
string theory
quantum gravity
other quantum gravity models.
The goal is to develop a consistent understanding of the fundamental structure of spacetime.
Deeper Into Quantum Geometry
Quantum geometry studies the tiny-scale structure of spacetime, blending quantum mechanics and geometry.
It investigates the behavior of particles and fields within a quantum framework.
There is compelling evidence that proposes a strong connection between our thoughts and quantum phenomena.
Orch-OR theory
The Orch-OR theory proposed by Roger Penrose and Stuart Hameroff suggests that consciousness arises from quantum processes occurring in microtubules within brain cells.
This theory remains controversiacontroversial.
It suggests that our consciousness, including our thoughts and feelings, is significantly influenced by intricate quantum processes occurring within our brain cells.
Orch-OR Theory
This theory proposes a connection between thoughts and quantum phenomena, claiming that consciousness is influenced by intricate brain cell processes.
Orch-OR theory, proposed by physicists, Sir Roger Penrose and Stuart Hameroff, suggests an intriguing link between consciousness and quantum mechanics.
THIS THEORY POSITS THAT:
Consciousness arises from quantum processes occurring within neuronal microtubules.
Meanings that the brain operates not just as a traditional information processor, but also experiences quantum effects that affect our conscious experiences.
So if true, these quantum vibrations play a crucial role in the coherence and organization of neural activity in the brain, ultimately giving rise to consciousness.
This geometry relies on the principles of quantum mechanics, which explores how matter and energy behave at the smallest levels.
With the aid of this geometry, we can visually represent the intricate structure of the human will in a manner that is both reflexive and scientifically grounded.
QUANTUM GEOMETRY IS GAINING POPULARITY BECAUSE IT ACCURATELY VISUALIZES THE STRUCTURE OF THE HUMAN WILL USING SCIENTIFIC PRINCIPLES.
The quantum geometry of the human will can be visualized as a complex network of interconnected circles, each representing a distinct aspect of the will.
These circles are connected by lines of varying lengths and widths, illustrating the diverse pathways of conscious perception.
Additionally, the circles are filled with a variety of colors, symbolizing the different energies associated with the will.
At the center of this network lies a single, large circle that represents the core of the human will, where all other circles converge.
Understanding the structure of the human will is essential for comprehending the influence of the quantum field on our decisions and actions.
Understanding the structure of the human will enables us to grasp how the quantum field influences our decisions and actions.
The quantum geometry of the human will also aids in examining the effects of quantum entanglement, which occurs when two particles become interconnected, regardless of the distance between them.
“You don’t need to debate Theology, God doesn’t need us to defend Him.”
And to that, I say;
Amen! While it is true that God does not require anything from me, or anyone else, it is undeniable that we are in need of Him.
As a believer:
Defending My Faith and Beliefs
As a spirited follower of Christ, any untrue or defamatory statements about my Faith and Redemption (Who is Christ) cannot be tolerated.
The mere mention of disparaging comments about my Savior sparks a hunger within me, fueled by the divine presence of God. The Holy Spirit urges me to defend His name, as my devotion to Him is steadfast and unwavering. My belief in the gospel and the salvation it brings is absolute, and any attempts to tarnish it will be met with determined opposition. I stand firm in my Faith and remain committed to defending it against all forms of persecution.
Discovering that God chose me and continues to keep me despite my flaws was a moving experience. This revelation has sparked an unquenchable desire within me to learn more about Him and His ways, and to share this message with others.
UNQUENCHABLE THIRST FOR HIS WISDOM
As I reflect on the profound influence of God’s divine intervention in my life, I am overcome with a sense of intellectual stimulation. Despite my inherent weaknesses, I have reached a resolute understanding that God has chosen me and is the sole source of my preservation. This realization has ignited an unquenchable thirst within me to delve deeper into the limitless depths of His character and teachings.
SATISFIED IN HIS WORD, ALONE
Certainly, this newfound desire to gain spiritual knowledge and share it with others brings me immense joy and satisfaction.
SUPERNATURAL KNOWLEDGE
I was compelled by a supernatural force to intimately know the Almighty when He revealed to me His choice of me despite my unworthiness, and in His mercy and grace, He has supported me despite my inherent flaws.
CAN’T RESIST GOD
Despite the reluctance and resistance I had towards worshiping God exclusively as my Creator and Sustainer, He compelled me to surrender my entire soul to Him, even against my own will. Although some may find it hard to believe, God has the power to do this.
I WAS FULL OF PRIDE
I realize that I used to take pride in my ability to comprehend and retain “Gnosis” from various Ancient texts. However, I have come to acknowledge that these texts are the works of other gods, mere imitations from foreign sources, albeit much is true; the serpent tells the truth to trick us.
It took me a while to accept the truth, but after undergoing numerous trials by God’s spirit, I yearned for a deeper connection.
HE LEAD ME TO HIS WORD
He led me to study His Word more intently, to get to know Him profoundly. Through this process, I have experienced a transformation, moving from one level of glory to the next in truth. If you, too, are seeking a deeper understanding of God’s Word, I encourage you to embrace the journey and allow His spirit to guide you. With dedication and perseverance, you, too, can experience the transformative power of hermeneutics.
GOD’S LOVE IS AN ACTION
If you still don’t understand, you need to realize that the One Love of God is not an emotion but rather an action – God’s action.
So, no, He needs nothing from me. I’m the one who needs Him. I have to defend His name, and I’m relentlessly compelled to do so.
GOD WORKS GOOD THINGS IN US, NOT US
It is not me who works righteousness, but God alone. We are sheer vessels to be used by our Creator.
When I think about how unworthy I am, He still loves me unconditionally. This revelation has transformed my life and my philosophy on everything. I am constantly seeking to deepen my relationship with Him and learn more about His character and will for my life.
Scriptural Inspiration:
Sanctify the Messiah as Lord in your hearts. Always be ready to give a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you. 1 Peter 3:15
The word Sanctify in context means we set the Lord apart from everyone else, making Him be the only one we worship, adore, and obey.
He is Lord of Life.
I felt compelled to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to God’s holy people. Jude 1:3
He must be devoted to the trustworthy message we teach. Then he can use these accurate teachings to encourage people and correct those who oppose the word. Titus 1:9
"For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart." Hebrews 4:12
We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5
“You don’t need to debate Theology, God doesn’t need us to defend Him.”
And to that, I say;
Amen!
Of course He does not need anything from me, nor from anyone. BUT…
I was compelled to Know Him when He revealed to me that He chose me, and He has kept me, despite me; Even…
Gasp…
Against my will…
Yep, I was kicking and screaming against worshiping Him, alone.
I was only willing to remain in the prideful elation I received from my own ability to retain and understand “Gnosis” from other texts. What I now understand, after much denial, is that these texts are from “other gods” – foreign imitators. Once I truly recognized this and after enduring many trials by God’s spirit, I developed a real need for Him. So, in needing Him and studying His Word to get to know Him as deeply as possible, I am being moved from glory to glory in truth.
So, being marked by God with His Word etched in my mind and heart:
My mind cannot hear a lie about my salvation and remain unaffected because it stirs the One who owns me and dwells with me.
If my heart perceives slander against its Reviver, the Heart of God, His Spirit convicts me to become stirred to defend His Name against slander.
Why? Because I love Him… Only because He loves me. (1 John 4:19)
If you still don’t understand, you need to realize that the One Love of God is not an emotion, but rather an action – God’s action.
So, no, He needs nothing from me. I’m the one who needs Him. I have to defend His name, and I’m relentlessly compelled to do so.
It is not me who works righteousness, but God alone. We are mere vessels to be used by our Creator.

We only exist because the Mind of God SAID we do, and every action we take or circumstance we encounter was not only allowed by God but established by Him. If not, He isn’t who He says He is, & nothing makes sense.
Hence why it DOES make sense when He pulls us up out of the “dream,” per se; we are NOTHING without Him; we don’t exist without Him deciding we live. We are nothing more than fragments of God’s imagination.
“… who are you, O man, who answers back to God? The thing molded will not say to the molder, “Why did you make me like this,” will? Or does not the potter have a right over the clay to make from the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for common use? What if God, although willing to demonstrate His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction? And He did so to make known the riches of His glory upon vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory; even us, whom He also called, not from among Jews only, but also from among Gentiles.“
Romans 9:20-24
