  • I Sit Still

    I sit still.

A moment passed by in my mind, but the artificial communications shriek. The The clock; says an hour has passed by.

I’ve learned to stop questioning what is, I’ve stopped questioning reality.

     Lies.

Although my human mind doesn’t fully grasp the entire weight of what we call reality, although it has witnessed momentary revelations of God’s Knowledge.

If I could intellectualize what the spirit has shown me and deduce it to mere human language, it would feel like I’d be mocking the Holy Spirit, blasphemy.

But what I can do is use parables, just as my Messiah used parables.

My mind sees itself as nothing more than a processor.

It receives information from outside itself, and what it is that downloads depends on how well the processing goes…

Whether it is filtered or whether it is raw.

Raw download is almost impossible to translate with human understanding, so the only proper interpreter is the Holy Spirit.

And the Holy Spirit will give us the ability to translate, interpret, and discern that which the spirit decides to reveal to us.

I promise, but there is only one requirement, FAITH.

Not everyone understands the Holy Spirit, and that is only because they  can’t understand.

Are we able to interpret into our human consciousness what the spirit is saying , are we allowing the spirit to change us?

Or are we taking back control and falling back into our own power while self-righteously judging others, which completely drives the Holy Spirit far away…?

  • Jesus is Truth….

If Jesus is the Truth, which He is & if Jesus is God, which He is, then it is imperative to embrace an objective understanding to precisely discern what Truth is, in His entirety.

Jesus said to Thomas, “I AM the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.”

    JOHN 14:6

If no one comes to the Father except through Jesus; we must ask ourselves a question and answer honestly: “Do I Know Jesus intimately & even more, do I know Jesus Knows me?”

How can a person claim to know Jesus & not seek relentlessly to understand His Word, seeking the context in which He originally intended? Also, How can I even begin to claim to want Jesus if I don’t long to understand Who the Father is, never occupying my mind with; “What does the Father in Heaven want?”

The degree of Holiness that the Father exudes is Mighty High & Lofty:

He IS THE: “I Am that I Am.

Jesus humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross…

For this reason, also, God highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

    PHILIPPIANS 2:9‭-‬11

Obviously, Truth isn’t something subjectively defined, shifting from one wind of emotion to the next. If it were so that truth was subjective, that would mean Jesus is subjected & relegated to mere human interpretation & emotions of the flesh.

That thought reeks of blasphemy in my heart.

Let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth. We will know by this that we are of the truth, and will assure our heart before Him in whatever our heart condemns us; for God is greater than our heart and knows all things.

    1 John 3:18‭-‬20

So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed Him, “If you abide in My Word, you are truly My disciples, and you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.”

    JOHN 8:31‭-‬32

God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

    JOHN 4:24

Sanctify them inthee truth; your word is truth.

    JOHN 17:17

  • God’s Armor Can’t Fail

    Emphasis On “Whole Armor”

Perfect coverage is, above all, when wearing armor in a battle, the enemy will seek one minor imperfection, and the tiniest imperfection will take you down.

To be whole is to be perfect, Holy, and complete. There is only One Who is Whole.

This Perfect Armor is not something we make on our own.

    Whole Armor leaves nothing unguarded.

It is called the Armor of God; God designs, prepares, and gifts His armor. He prepares it for us & it is only put on us by Grace through Faith.

We must be equipped with Holy Armor by God’s Will; we are His earthen vessels designed for Him to use when the appointed time comes.

God’s Armor overcomes the devil’s attacks of both force and fraud.

We then are unmoved by the deceits put forth in the material world. Unfazed by the snares, he lays upon all the earth and unbothered by all his shenanigans designed to ensnare into foolery all who can be trapped (which is ALL flesh).

Standing against Satan’s wiles means we stand against his schemes & maneuvers purposed to deceive & trick, seductively disarming all the flesh and any armor produced by the flesh.

Wile: devious or cunning stratagems (plans with a purpose) employed in manipulating or persuading someone to do what one wants.

    The GOOD NEWS FOR CHRISTIANS:

Those whose Armor is the LORD, YHWH Himself, cannot, I repeat, CANNOT FAIL, nor have the Armor disarmed by Satan or any power or principality.

God can’t fail or be disarmed by anyone; He is All-powerful, He is higher than ALL THINGS & is your Armor.

Jesus covers you, Armored. The flesh is not the object of protection here: It is your soul.

When protected in the Armor of God, your Soul can NOT be touched.

Though the flesh is weak, you are unharmed by the deeds of your flesh.

Instead of reaping the rewards of the flesh, as we deserve, in eternal death and separation from God’s Love…

God instead determined, BECAUSE OF HIS UNMERITED MERCY, that our flesh cant taint the Soul when indwelt by His Spirit. (making us genuinely dead to the self/flesh). Although we are in the flesh, we don’t live in the flesh, knowing it’s already dead in Christ.

In God’s Armor We Are Confident That Our Soul Will:

Reap the rewards of the Spirit. The prize (Eternal Life) of the Spirit is ours by the determination of the Father’s Sovereign Will (Grace) through the Sacrifice & propitiation of my sins by Jesus Christ (Faith), marked & protected to endure by His Holy Spirit/Essence in Unison with both the Father & Son (Glory of God).

    Grace, Faith, Glory Of God

The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us, therefore, take off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light…
PUT ON the Lord Jesus Christ…

  • How to Rejoice in Suffering

We understand “why” we should rejoice in suffering, but the question is:

How can we rejoice in suffering?

We must think upon the following list of 6️⃣ suggestions found mostly in the Book of James. We need to think about these things.

1️⃣ Ask God for Wisdom, in Faith. That’s it.

Ask without doubt. Trust Him, He’s trustworthy. If we doubt, we can expect nothing from the Lord. Anyone who asks for Wisdom in Faith will receive Wisdom.

Since we are justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have obtained access to this grace in which we stand; and we boast in our hope of sharing the glory of God. And not only that, but we also boast in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us.

    Romans 5:1-5

2️⃣ Remain steadfast under trials by obsessing over God. Have Him consume your mind. Do not be discouraged when you “fail”, Paradoxically, failure is how we win. We will become as David, the Psalmist said:

“My heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord.”.

    Of Jesus it was Spoken:

He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

    Isaiah 53:3

3️⃣ Know what you believe & why you believe it. As not to be wavering.

“Tossed back and forth, blown here and there by every wind of Doctrine”

    Ephesians 4:14

Listen for false teaching. Engage with skeptics, discover differences, listen to opposing viewpoints, search for understanding. Love the Truth and stand by the truth.

    Of Jesus:

Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec. Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing. For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

    Hebrews 5:8—>

4️⃣ Pay attention to your desires; acknowledge what your “wants” are. We remain stagnant when we avoid facing our shameful desires. Repressing sin is not righteous, its cowardice, & it keeps sin in the dark.

ASK YOURSELF & WRITE IT DOWN:

What do you think about most often when your mind wanders?

What are your thoughts? What do you crave? What do you avoid?

Laying ourselves bare forGod is a an excellent discipline to habituate, as you deliberately humiliate yourself, Through the shame, He humbles you., & your heart is revealed.

5️⃣ Don’t get over your trials. Do not rush through them or pass them by. Rejoice in them. The Valleys where our faith is tested is fertile ground for steadfastness. But if my lesson isn’t complete I will continue to face the same trial again and again.

Feel it. Be real, obsess on the Lord, the Lord is the reason for our Joy.

Obscurity, indeed, is painful to the mind as well as to the eye ; but to bring light from obscurity, by whatever labour, must needs to be delightful and rejoicing.

     Oxford University Press, 1973, §6:

6️⃣ Give thanks and praises to GOD. God gives me endurance and steadfastness. Be greatful and Praise Jesus at all times, as He already endured the penalty of my sins, but the trials are for my sanctification, because He loves me. SO praise Him constantly.

    • Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess his name. Hebrews 13:15
    • “Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever; wisdom and power are his. … Daniel 2:20 20

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

    John 4:24 –

“Blessed are you when people revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

    Matthew 5:11

Please Remember: “Consider it pure joy” does NOT mean: Be happy when bad things happen. If you aren’t Happy, the worst thing to do is pretend that you are. Take it to God, Tell Him everything. He will hear you.

  • Personal Devotional 1/12/23 – James 1

We would all benefit by reading the Book of James again, and again, and again: the more I read, the more I want to read. (I say this about every Book in Scripture but I can’t help but find Scripture exciting; the more I understand, the more He reveals to me, the more reveals, the more I want!)

James is such an incredible book. Thank you, God. I love you, I really do, it’s insane how you come down unto your sheep, the least likely to be a Saint in the eyes of the world, we are yours.

The beginning of James 1 tells us to hold tightly to joy when encountering trials. Why? Because our suffering reveals evidence of who we truly are. Every time we are tested; endurance is being generated within us, giving us the strength to resist sin and become repelled by self-idolization. The more strenuous the trial, the better; over time we bounce back from difficulties with less effort, increasing our ability to attain Godly perfection. From Glory to Glory. (We attain Perfection not because of our works, but because of our dying to ourself, God’s Works.)

Trials produce Spiritual stamina and Mental toughness.

A fitting Analogy is the defintion of toughness in relation to Material Science:

“The ability of a material to absorb energy and plastically deform without fracturing. Toughness is the strength with which the material opposes rupture. One definition of material toughness is the amount of energy per unit volume that a material can absorb before rupturing. “

If we receive only a little trauma, we will not be able to let go of Self to the extent trials would carry us. We often can forget that God chastises and punishes those He loves, we are, after all still in the flesh. He declares we, who are His sheep won’t fold under Fire’s baptism, nor run from the entrapment of an oppressor, because the oppressor is only helping us through to the finish line, this material life is a speck in eternity..

If we lack Faith or if we doubt God, we can’t withstand the fiery trials: if faithlessness occurs long enough, we won’t understand the weakness and sinfulness of our flesh, we will instead boast in it and protect it through the ego and denial.

Without Faith they AVOID trials, they avoid pain; they avoid growth; they are soft because they have nurtured THEIR OWN SELF AND WILL to the point of disintegration and atrophy, undoing any integral parts they may have had, now, broken into fragments, unwhole, unholy; therefore, they are then tossed to and fro with every wind of doctrine, spinelss; never coming to Knowledge of Truth, double-minded, and unstable.

Lord, my God in Heaven, Creator of Spirit, and Matter, You are Magnificent, I can clearly see the Testimony that You give us all the time. Thank You for Eyes to See.

Blessed is all who endure under trial: we will receive a crown, as we are hidden in the King.

Remember; God uses evil to accomplish His Will in an evil world, but God has no evil in Him & evil NEVER comes from Him..

Lord, I love the way You have James come to me in a moment of my life when I am at a crossroads, of complete uncertainty and seemingly helplessness, reminding me that I’m right where I need to be.

Pain has become my friend, constantly reminding me that I’m alive. I am told by James and believe James when he says: “receive the word, implanted, which is able to save your souls. “

The Word saves. Gods Will saves. He writes His Word (implants) in our heart and mind.

In the exercise of His will, He brought us forth, by the word of Truth, so that we would be a kind of first fruits among His creatures.

I must admit, I struggle over the fact that I am truly weak. My flesh is raging against the Spirit; I hate that. I really hate it, in my core, in my soul.

My flesh and its deeds make me sick, but I know it’s all for a purpose, I must be patient because being impatient with God reveals that I think I know better than Him. & You know I don’t. God, You are the only One Who makes me able to be patient because You are patient with me.

Verse 21: “For your anger does not produce God’s righteousness. Therefore rid yourselves of all sordidness, morally dirty, and rank growth of wickedness, instead welcome with meekness the implanted word that has the power to save your souls. “

Meekness isn’t humility because humility is toward oneself, restraining self; whereas meekness refers to the treatment of others.

Meekness allows a person to overlook or forgive perceived insults or offenses. It is not a synonym for weakness… it is the gentleness of the strong, whose strength is under control.

Verse 23: “Be doers of the word, and not merely hearers who deceive themselves. For if any are hearers of the word and not doers, they are like those who look at themselves in a mirror; for they look at themselves, and on going away, immediately forget what they look like. “

God, I give my entirety to you because I am not my own, please keep me.

Jesus, I wash myself in your Blood, You wash me in Your blood, baptizing my with Your Fire and Spirit. You alone can lift me through this, You will lift me through this, I know You will because I know You, & I am known by You.

Verse 25: ‘those who look into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and press on, being not only hearers who forget but doers who act—they will be blessed in their doing.”

Verse 26: “If any think they are religious, and do not bridle their tongues but deceive their hearts, their religion is worthless. Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to care for orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world. “

Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. “Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us”

    (1 John 5:14).

  • What Do The Wicked Do?

    Avoiding to Psalm 10:2-3

In arrogance & overbearing pride the wicked, in an intense fiery way; trail, hunt & follow close upon them who are poor.

Those whom they deem ‘below themselves’ they make their target.

What we should do about the wicked?

Let them be caught in the schemes that they have devised against others.

Don’t get in the way or try and stop them.

    Why?

Because the wicked boasts of the desires of their own soul, of fleshly impulses.

They do not boast in the Lord… They are just as Pride would have them.

The one greedy for gain curses and renounces the Lord through their actions, despite their claims.

  • “Does the Holy Spirit have to be inside a person for them to be saved?

Yes without the Spirit of God there is no Salvation for any person.

The Holy Spirit seals us for the day of redemption.

Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

    Ephesians 4:30

The Holy Spirit intercedes on behalf of us to the father.

Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.

    Romans 8:26

The Holy Spirit bears witness to us of Jesus Christ.

“But when the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness about me.

    John 15:26

    The Holy Spirit renews us.

The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God

    Romans 8:16

As Scripture says; you can have only one of two Spirits living inside of you.

“No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one & love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.

    Matthew 6:24

If you don’t have the Holy Spirit then you have the counterfeit anti-Christ Spirit.

By this, you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already. Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. They are from the world; therefore they speak from the world, and the world listens to them. We are from God. Whoever knows God listens to us; whoever is not from God does not listen to us. By this, we know the Spirit of truth and the spirit of error.

    1 John 4:2-‬6
  • Lord Of Dark and Light

God is the Lord of ALL life & is sovereign over all things:
Dark, light, peace, calamity, pain, and joy.

By Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.  And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

    Colossians 1:17

The very airwaves that Satan uses to deceive are The Lord’s. The tactics of the enemy belong to the Lord…

As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient.

    Ephesians 2:1

Today Satan is “an angel of light” (2 Cor. 11:14), and his devils are “ministers of righteousness” (v. 15). They have occupied teachingg “doctrines of devils” (1 Tim. 4:1), so they are not wreaking mayhem in the material realm.

Nothing of His creation operates outside of His order, which is under His complete divine authority. This is difficult for many humans to receive. The flesh gets very angry at this truth. The flesh & love of self reviles the ht of God having complete authority over them.

He is the Lord of Life & and Death.

“To this end Christ died and lived again, that he might be Lord both of the dead and of the living”

    Romasn 12:14

Job 12:10 tells us that in God’s hand is the very breath of every single living thing, the breath of all mankind. He owns the very air we breathe.

I Chronicle 29:11 tells us that God is sovereign over everything that is in the heavens and the earth and that He exalts Himself as head over ALL, with might in His hand to make great and to strengthen everyone that He pleases to strengthen.
He doesn’t just say that He “allows” darkness & calamity: He says He creates it Himself.

Isaiah 45:7 God says He is: “The One forming light and also creating darkness, causing well-being and also creating calamity; I am the Lord who does all these.”

Isaiah 31:2 teaches that God is “wise and brings forth disaster, and does not ever retract his words.”

    His words create All things.

Isaiah 47:11 says that “God Himself brings about evil and disaster upon the unrepentant

Amos 3:6 declares that when calamity occurs in a city, the Lord is the one to have done it.

Psalm 33:10,11 tell us that “The Lord nullifies the counsel of the nations; He frustrates the plans of the peoples.”

Believers have (false) belief in their own free will, but human will is immediately nullified by the only One with truly free will, God.

He ordained beforehand the actions of ALL men. He designed every outcome, paved every step, and calculated every second of everything, whether physical or spiritual.

He gave authority to Pilate to judge the Son. (John 19:11)

He raises adversaries against His chosen ones. (Exodus 4:21; I Kings 11:14-23)

He ordained the actions of evil men by the predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God that they would nail Christ to the cross. (Acts 2:23)

The sovereignty of God encompasses every bit of righteousness that men do, as well as their sin. He is the very fire that comes, burning all sin within the material to either refine His chosen or consume His enemies.

Humans don’t have personal experience being Sovereign, we have never known what it is to do whatever we want, whenever we want, to whomever we want…

Our finiteness could never truly comprehend such Power.

Sovereignty has no limits. “Sovereign” humans are limited in sovereignty because we are but a tarnished image of God.
God has decreed that evil is for the glory of His name (character, reputation, standing & title). He has full dominion over the actions of evil men. He is dominant in all aspects.

Experiencing reality through vision of the flesh, using the wisdom of the world one cannot understand this sovereignty. No matter the evil that transpires, no matter how heinous, God has a purpose & a reason for it.

This does not in any way alleviate moral responsibility, but rather further condemns, as humans are willing actors through our words and deeds & since God is no respecter of persons, & God creates this system & creates the laws; so we can be both His created vessels & responsible for our sinfulness, simultaneously.

We can’t forget that God’s ways are NOT our ways.

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord.”

    Isaiah 55:8,
  • “Get Over Yourself”

    “Get Over Yourself”

    God transposes to my consciousness:

“Why are you so proud to consider yourself above anyone else, especially my Angelic beings?

You are just as much a prideful sinner as Lucifer, yet you are dying and living for the very thing that limits you:

    Your flesh.

    Who is the least?

The one who lost the most.

    What did you lose?

An eternity in Hell where your flesh was taking you.

You lost nothing of any value.

    You only gained.

What right have you to think you can judge an angel from any place of authority?

Lucifer is unholy and pure darkness, yet I placed him above you to refine you.

Do you see yourself as above any being?

Get over yourself, My child; I have."
