Do You Think You Know Jesus?

    They Said Jesus Was
    Insane. Mad. Crazy. Strange.

The image of Jesus most people hold is wrong and wrung through centuries of:

    • ideological whitewashing
    • beautified marketing
    • sanitized Sunday School summaries.

He’s often pictured as an ethereal peace-giver, universally adored, calmly glowing in a ‘soft sepia light’.

But this wasn’t the Jesus known to his followers. Not even close.

    In fact, many who encountered Jesus in the flesh found him either;

    1. confusing, at best
    2. mentally unstable, at worst.

He wasn’t simply controversial, he was considered a threat to both religious orthodoxy and social order.

The sanitized version of Christ so many cling to was shaped after the cross, after the church industrial complex took control of his narrative.

Let’s take a scalpel to the original reactions—the raw, unsettling perceptions of Jesus while he was still walking the earth.

His Family Thought He’d Lost His Mind

The Gospel of Mark pulls no punches. In Mark 3:21, we’re told that Jesus’ own family said:

“He is out of his mind.”

Yes, his own bloodline. Not strangers. Not critics. His family. Pause there…

Imagine. Imagine the weight of that.

You’ve awoken to a Divine Knowing, a consciousness that cracks open reality—and the people who know your voice best say:

    “You’ve snapped.”

It wasn’t mockery from outsiders that came first; it was internal doubt.

His kin likely feared he’d gone mad with something akin to messianic delusion.

Or perhaps they were embarrassed by his sudden rise as a controversial street-preacher confronting the Government and Church…

He spoke vehemently against both Rome and the temple elite.

    Religious Leaders:

“You’re Breaking the Law and Blaspheming

The religious class didn’t just dislike Jesus—they actively plotted his removal.

    The scribes and Pharisees viewed him as a heretic, accusing him of;

    • violating the Sabbath
    • flouting Mosaic Law
    • daring to forgive sins.

    —a divine prerogative.

His miracles weren’t applauded; they were denounced as works of Beelzebub.

Let that settle: divine acts being interpreted as demonic.

… this was normal folk… the acceptable people… The community.

    This wasn’t petty disagreement.
This was existential threat-level panic from the religious hierarchy.

They saw in Jesus… not just a radical voice—but someone who dismantled their very grip on sacred authority.

Public Whispers: “He Has a Demon and Is Mad

John 10:20 captures this damning public sentiment:

“He has a demon and is mad; why listen to him?”

    These weren’t elite theologians.

    These were everyday observers—

    • neighbors
    • townsfolk
    • bystanders.

Jesus’ words, while layered with profound gnosis (wisdom), sounded unhinged to the average ear.

And truthfully, wouldn’t they today? I mean… They do.

    Imagine someone saying,

    Before Abraham was, I am.

Or calling God their literal Father, claiming to bring not peace but a sword.

If spoken in today’s marketplace, they’d be dismissed as spiritually schizophrenic, or worse.

    So what’s changed?
Only the power structure that codified his words.

Outside the Bible: Even More Scathing Views

This doubt wasn’t exclusive to Jewish contemporaries.

Roman voices and philosophers took their shots, too.

    Talmud

The Talmud contains cryptic but deeply derogatory references to Jesus—branding him a sorcerer who led Israel astray.

He is also said in the Talmud to be swimming in hot excrements.

    These weren’t passive critiques.

They were sharp rejections by those who saw his influence as spiritually treacherous.

    Roman Philosophers

Roman historian Tacitus referred to Christianity as a “pernicious superstition,” blaming the followers of Christ for corrupting public morals.

To Roman minds, Christ’s followers were:

irrational fanatics clinging to a crucified troublemaker.

    Celsus

And then there’s Celsus, the ancient philosopher and intellectual, who reportedly called Jesus

    small, ugly, and undistinguished,”

claiming his father was a Roman soldier—a jab meant to invalidate his divine paternity and tarnish the virgin birth narrative.

Jesus wasn’t revered by the intellectual elite of his time.

    He was;

    • mocked
    • dismissed
    • vilified.

    Why This Matters

This isn’t about shock value or anti-Christian rhetoric. It’s about truth-telling.

When we sanitize the narrative of Jesus to make him palatable. We also:

    • rob Him of the radical edge that threatened anti Christ power
    • offended institutions
    • deny the painful fact that he alienated his own family.

His teachings were revolutionary because they disrupted—not because they fit neatly within pre-existing paradigms.

So when you feel like your awakening makes others uncomfortable when your truth sounds like madness to the masses take comfort. You’re in excellent company.

Because the real Jesus wasn’t crucified for being nice. He was crucified because he challenged the lies. And many thought he was insane for doing so. Truth rarely sounds sane to those who live comfortably in delusion.

“And you will be hated by all for my name’s sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved.”

    – Matthew 10:22
  • Law Of Materiality VS Spirit

    Law Of Materiality VS Spirit

Christ is the fulfillment of the law, bringing righteousness to all who believe in Him.

He, through His Death, revealed the essence of the shadow’s Truth in Life—the Law is the shadow.

Before Faith came (Faith is Christ), we were held captive (by sin) under the law, imprisoned until the coming Faith would be revealed.

    Faith was Revealed in Christ.

Christ was revealed; He removed the veil that kept contained the Secret of the true Spiritual dimension, the Heavenly treasures—the Ethereal law…

There is REAL Peace in His Spirit.

He Himself is our peace, bringing Unity between The Father and His children through Christ…

He has broken down in His own sinless flesh the separating wall of hostility and opposition between God and us, His people, by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances…

    Fisher Digital Publications
    Tearing of the Temple Curtain

(Expressed in ordinances is how human ACTS) Ordinances are expressed through bodily effort. God got rid of the law of commandments that are expressed with the flesh (the material), but not the law of commands, as He intended from the Spirit. That’s why Paul says over and over: “with the Law of the Spirit”

In the book of John, Jesus said the flesh is of no profit.

The Law, being instigated or initiated in the flesh (because the flesh is full of evil), is there to keep us stuck in this dimension (unable to expand into the Heavenly Realm because if we did, we would have been utterly destroyed). We were for a period unable to see the things of God. The law that kept us in constant shame was actually our guardian until Christ came. God gave us the Law as a guardian in order that we might be justified by faith. But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian, for in Christ all who believe are sons of God, through faith.

Many think God is evil for having His son come down to suffer and die, but that is the only way the flesh – the material – can be reconciled with one another. So Jesus was appointed to go on the cross and take in His flesh and unworthy death, taking what we deserve, so that His Father may be pleased because that’s the only way flesh can be reconciled with Spirit. He might create in Himself one new man in place of the two, so making peace…

Who do we think we are, being literally matter, physical, temporal, telling the creator of ALL things is wrong or evil? He knows what needs to take place, He did create it. Formulate every formula.

Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. But now we are released from the law, having died to that which held us captive, so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit and not in the old way of the written code.

He saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to His own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, so that being justified by His grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:5‭, ‬7

So too at the present time, there is a remnant chosen by grace. But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works; otherwise, grace would no longer be grace. Yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law because by works of the law, no one will be justified. I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness were through the law, then Christ died for no purpose.

    Galatians 2:16‭, ‬21

  • The Manna From Heaven; Have You Tasted?

The Manna From Heaven; Have You Tasted?

The workings of the Divine transcend our limited understanding as we exist within the boundaries of finite perception, constrained by the illusion of time and space. However, it is crucial not to misconstrue this truth as a call to passively surrender to our material limitations and indulge in earthly desires. You may ask: How am I indulging in my earthly, fleshly desires? By merely embracing our human limitations in matters of the Spirit and coalescing with the limitations, we demonstrate our worldly, materialistic bondage, as it is rooted in the realm of the flesh and obeys the laws of materiality.

Our true calling lies in the pursuit of the spiritual realm.

As beings born of Spirit, it is essential for us to direct our efforts towards seeking the profound aspects of existence. Through aligning our will with the Divine and opening ourselves to the pure desire to come into union with divine revelation, we can attain a genuine understanding as Willed by our Creator, if we embrace the profound beauty and purpose that permeates all aspects of Life.

True wisdom is comparable to precious pearls, both valuable and costly. It encapsulates the essence of the Holy Creator and should not be frivolously thrown around and laid upon those who don’t care, as they will trample this treasure with disregard, and you will share in that disregard for ignoring the discernment.

    By Wisdom I mean…

The Secret Wisdom, Given in Secret by the Father Who is in the Secret place.

The wisdom bestowed upon us by the Divine is indeed profound and transcendent, surpassing the limits of human imagination. It is akin to the language of angels, a divine download of profound understanding that elevates us to heights uncharted by our limited perception. In those transformative moments, we are transported beyond the boundaries of our ordinary existence, allowing us to glimpse the vast realms of divine wisdom and experience a profound shift in our consciousness.

The acquisition of wisdom cannot be accomplished through the mere use of human intelligence, cleverness, or the performance of righteous deeds. Wisdom is a divine gift bestowed upon us by the grace of the Divine God Who sits on the throne with Dominion over all things.

It is through our connection with the spiritual realm and our being made willing to seek truth that we are able to access the profound wisdom that surpasses the capabilities of human faculties.

It is the Divine who bestows wisdom upon His creation, irrespective of our knowledge or self-righteousness. In fact, it is bestowed upon us in spite of such attributes.

    So, who then receives wisdom?

It is the Holy Creator, the embodiment of Spirit, who implants His wisdom in those individuals who possess sincere hearts, driven by a genuine and uncomplicated love for truth, unadulterated.

Christians, there is no need to remain in confusion or darkness unless one willingly embraces ignorance as a state of bliss, in which; i suppose your reward is in this Life, not ideal.

Godly Wisdom is grown through a genuine, insatiable thirst for the living water, a hunger for the heavenly manna, and a recognition of the power of God, wating to Know Him deeper and deeper; so, we incessantly seek wisdom from the Divine Father out of Love.

This thirst, this hunger, drives us to persistently seek wisdom through prayer, for we are aware of the indwelling Spirit that allows us to comprehend wisdom and receive discernment from realms beyond our own. Wisdom is a treasure promised by the Creator of Spirit to all who earnestly and wholeheartedly seek it. Let us emphasize the keyword: earnestly.

The wisdom does not come in an easily digestible form. True wisdom, originating from the heavenly realms, often confronts us as mortal beings with profound intensity. It has the power to disrupt our fleshly desires and shock our system, instilling a reverential fear within our physical bodies, while simultaneously fostering resilience within our souls. Spiritual truths, by their very nature, prove challenging for humans to comprehend and impossible to fully embrace without the guidance and presence of the Spirit of God, as the flesh HATES the Spirit.

The Wisdom of God can be likened to a tough piece of meat that necessitates thorough chewing and contemplation. It is only through this deliberate process that we can fully internalize and integrate it into our lives. Just as one would risk choking by hastily consuming food without proper chewing, rushing through the understanding and application of God’s truth can lead to spiritual indigestion. Therefore, it is vital to approach the truths of God with patience and diligence, taking the time to chew thoroughly and savor the nourishment they provide, alse you WILL CHOKE.

The wisdom bestowed upon us by the Divine Sovereign is resilience integrated into our Soul and nourishing, sustaining us on our material journey into death, a portal into Eternal Life. Although others cant see, nor understand, we Know, intimately, this is a satisfaction that cant be manufactured and is not for show, its genuine and cant be resisted.

HERE ARE SOME SCRIPTURES TO EDIFY YOUR DESIRE TO WALK WITH THE FATHER, IN SECRET.

“But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you” – Matthew 6:6

“For God, who said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness,’ made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ” – 2 Corinthians 4:6

“But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly” – Matthew 6:6

“I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the LORD, the God of Israel, who summons you by name” – Isaiah 45:3

“But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you” – Matthew 6:3-4

  • Bible Verses About Fire Baptism: A Spiritual Purification

Bible Verses About Fire Baptism: A Spiritual Purification

Baptism is an important sacrament in Christianity, symbolizing the believer’s identification with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection.

While water baptism is commonly practiced, the Bible also speaks of another form of baptism, namely, fire baptism.

    Fire Baptism

Fire baptism signifies a spiritual purification and empowerment through the Holy Spirit. In several passages, the Bible describes the concept of fire baptism and its significance for believers. Let’s explore these verses and gain insight into the deeper spiritual meaning they hold.

Matthew 3:11-12: “I baptize you with water for repentance, but he who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clear his threshing floor and gather his wheat into the barn, but the chaff he will burn with unquenchable fire.”

In this passage, John the Baptist speaks of the coming Messiah, Jesus Christ. John acknowledges his inferiority and emphasizes that Jesus will baptize with the Holy Spirit and fire.

The imagery of fire signifies the refining and purifying work of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers. Just as fire separates wheat from chaff, the Holy Spirit separates the righteous from the unrighteous.

Luke 3:16: “John answered them all, saying, ‘I baptize you with water, but he who is mightier than I is coming, the strap of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.’

Similar to the prior verse, John reiterates the coming baptism with the Holy Spirit and fire. Here, John emphasizes his unworthiness to even untie the sandals of Jesus. This highlights the authority and power of Christ, who will bestow the Holy Spirit and the refining fire of spiritual transformation upon those who believe in Him.

Mark 16:16: “Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.”

This verse underscores the importance of both belief and baptism for salvation. Water baptism is an outward expression of faith, while fire baptism represents the internal work of the Holy Spirit. Believers who embrace the essence of this “dual” baptism are saved, while those who reject the message of Christ face condemnation.

Titus 3:5: “He saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit.”

The apostle Paul reminds us that our salvation is not based on our own righteous acts but rather on God’s mercy. Through the “washing of regeneration” and the renewal brought by the Holy Spirit, believers are transformed and purified spiritually.

Acts 1:8: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

Before ascending to heaven, Jesus promised His disciples the baptism of the Holy Spirit. This baptism would empower them to be His witnesses and spread the message of salvation throughout the world. The Holy Spirit’s fire empowers believers to live out their faith boldly and effectively.

    Fire Purifies

Fire represents the transformative and purifying work of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers. It symbolizes the separation of the righteous from the unrighteous and the empowerment to live a life dedicated to God’s purpose.

Hebrews 12:29 reminds us that “our God is a consuming fire.”

This verse conveys the awe-inspiring nature of God’s presence and the all-consuming power of His righteousness. As we embrace the baptism of the Holy Spirit and fire, we open ourselves to the transformative work of God and His refining power in our lives.

The concept of fire baptism in the Bible speaks to the profound spiritual transformation and empowerment that believers experience through the Holy Spirit.

This baptism denotes purification, empowerment, and the separation of the righteous from the unrighteous, like wheat separated from the chaff.

    Mystery Revealed

    Mystery is defined as

If a Mystery has been revealed to you, you no longer refer to it as a “mystery”:

If you do refer the the mystery as a a Mystery in your own mind; then it’s my opinion that you’re either talking out the side of your mouth or you are not actually in the Revelation of the Mystery.

THE DEEP THINGS OF GOD ARE REVEALED TO US BY HIS SPIRIT

    As it is written,
No eye has Seen, nor Ear Heard,
not has entered into the heart of man:
the things which God has prepared
    for those who Love Him.
… But God has revealed them to us by His Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.

    1 Corinthians 2:9-10

The secret (טוֹב)of the LORD is
    with those who fear Him,
& He will show them His covenant.
    Psalms 25:14

God’s Council is the Secret for those who fear Him, with awe & amazement.

    The Mystery is Knowable

YHWH said, “Listen now to My Words. If there is a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself Known to him in a vision, and will speak to him in a dream.
    Numbers 12:6

    But… wait:

Not so, with My servant Moses,
    He is faithful in all My household;
With him I speak mouth to mouth (directly),
Openly, and not in dark sayings (not shrouded in mystery as was prior to Chriat tearing the veil),
And he beholds the form of the Lord.
Why then were you not afraid
To speak against My servant, against Moses?”

So the anger of the Lord burned against them and He departed.
    — Numbers 12:7-9

Are we not much more than Moses?

The Spirit Is More Real Than The Material

The One and Only Divine Creator has gifted a holy ruling upon His chosen ones, who are incredibly flawed yet cherished, to be forgiven from the consequences of their earthly forms through the Divine Mercy and Grace of the only Righteous One, Jesus Christ, Who, at a predestined moment, was tasked by The Father to Save you. The Mastermind behind every planet, star, organism, feeling, thought, and emotion has ordained us to be able to perceive things beyond the scope of our physical vision.

Despite the false assertions made by mere mortals, we remain unaffected by their attempts to denounce what God has ordained or any passive aggression they employ to resist the works of God. We disregard their ego-driven, bad attitude because truth (God) is not intimidated by scrutiny.

Despite existing in the physical realm, we comprehend that our body is God’s Property; we are His peculiar people.

When the soul, once enslaved to the body, now belongs to the Divine Creator, salvation is impossible not to feel and comprehend cognitively.

    Who You Are

As a Spiritual being, you receive information in a Divine way that transcends the constraints of the biological brain.

Your soul is the essence of who you are, and the Holy Spirit governs your body, mind, and emotions.

Through the power of the Spirit, you can connect with God and become One with the information (Wisdom) sent to you. This is because you are a Spiritual being, not bound by the material world.

When God’s Spirit enters your stamina, it turns you over from the inside; out, preserving your soul for the day you will be reunited with the Divine source, YHWH.

Although your physical body experiences pain and anguish, you comprehend that you are not a slave to the flesh but rather a spiritual being that is destined for eternal life, a slave to the Spirit, a slave to Righteousness.
